How Do I Order a Framed Name?
We have tried to make our ordering process as simple as possible. All orders are via our website so you need to follow our 3 step process which is:

How Do I Order a Framed Name?
Each and every one of our framed name gifts are unique and made to order. Our gifts and designs aren't available on any high street shelf, we take orders directly from our customers, make them ourselves and post direct to your door.
The very first Framed Name gift was from us to our daughter and was made with a great deal of love and care. A principal we now believe is essential to the success of our business and we have built our reputation and business on customer service – click here for our customer feedback.
Our framed names and personalised prints are thoughtful keepsake gifts, ideal for special occasions.
How Do I Know That My Order Has Been Recieved?
Once you have placed your order via our website, we receive a form with the details of the order you have provided (we NEVER see any payment details – Paypal is the ‘middleman’ so we received the money but no card details). We will then e-mail you with a few days to confirm that all the details are correct.
How Long Will it Take to Create & Post?
We aim to design and post all gifts within 10 working days of your order confirmation. However, we do try to design the gifts as soon as possible so often we can post items earlier than 10 days. If you need your gift by a certain date, we will try our best to make this happen for you - please contact us.

How Will I know When You've Posted My Order?
Once we have designed and posted your gift, we will e-mail you to let you know it has been posted and confirm the tracking number assigned to recorded delivery items.
