How do I know you have received my order?
Once you have placed your order via our website, we receive a form with all the details you have provided. We will then e-mail you with a few days to confirm that all the details are correct.
How long will it take to make and post?
We aim to design and post all gifts by 14 days of your order confirmation. However, we do try to design the gifts as soon as possible so often we can post items earlier than 14 days. If you need your gift by a certain date, we will try our best to make this happen for you - please contact us.
How will I know my gift has been posted?
Once we have designed and posted your gift, we will e-mail you to let you know it has been posted and confirm the tracking number assigned to recorded delivery items.
