Postage & Packing

We post all UK gifts via first class recorded delivery and this service is FREE to most UK mainland addresses.  Once your item has been sent, we will e-mail you with the tracking number so you can use Royal Mail’s track and trace service for extra peace of mind!

Urgent Orders (guaranteed specific date delivery – UK)

If you have an urgent order, we can arrange to post your gift using special delivery – this guarantees a specific delivery date by 1pm -  we charge a little extra for this but purely to cover the cost of postage. This service costs £5.

International Delivery (e.g. Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand)

We are happy to ship parcels worldwide, please just contact us for more details International delivery is based on weight and size.  Please enquire about sending gifts internationally.   As a guide, the cost of postage for a personalised print will be £7 and £10 for a framed name. 

Delivery Times

Our Framed Names are bespoke gifts and made to order but we aim to post your gift within 10 working days of the order confirmation. If you require your gift urgently or by a certain date we will try our hardest to make it happen for you - please contact us and we will do our best

Returns

We truly hope and trust you will love your Framed Named gift!
Once you have confirmed your order, we can not offer a refund as all items are personalised and made to order.
In the unlikely event that your Framed Name has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. You will need to return the item to us in its original packaging within 7 days in order to receive a refund or exchange (less p&p costs) .
We recommend you return the item via a 'signed for' service as we can not accept responsibility if it is lost.
